For over a decade, Capt. Brien spearheaded one of the largest fishing fleets on Florida's West coast. As he transitioned away from the seas to master the art of gastronomy on Marco Island, he, alongside his father Santo, co-founded Capt. Brien's Seafood and Raw Bar. Inspired to introduce a touch of New England seafood elegance to the thriving culinary scene in Naples, they generated the concept for ROW. As consummate restaurateurs, Capt.
