Founded in 1978 by Arthur Verner Woodward, First Title & Abstract, Inc. holds the distinction of being the oldest title company in the Naples area. His twin sons, Mark and Craig Woodward, presently head operations of the title company and are principal partners at the law firm, Woodward, Pires, & Lombardo, P.A. Under their father's tutelage, they mastered the art of preparing title searches and abstracts, and contributed greatly towards building an impressive title plant. Currently, our company continues to uphold a strong alliance with top title agents like Chicago Title and Old Republic Title.
